What is your return policy? You may return your purchase, if it is not opened and not damaged within 10 business days after receiving it for a store credit. Please log into My Account and complete the return form, include the item (s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please ship to the address provided. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned item (s). Please do not ship your returned item (s) collect on delivery (COD). It will not be accepted. 

When will I receive my store credit? We will issue your store credit for the amount of your purchase after it has been received. It usually takes 7-10 business days to process returns.

Who is responsible for shipping? You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on your purchase orders and on your returns. We do not issue a refund for shipping and handling charges. How will I be notified of my store credit? You will be notified via email when your store credit has been credited to your My Account bin. 

How do I use my store credit? The amount of your store credit will be entered into your My Account bin for a future purchase. Simply click Store Credit when checking out during the payment process and your store credit will be credited during your purchase. You have 30 days to use your store credit.
